SCC January Newsletter
SoCal Cerveceros would like to thank all the homebrewers, and fans of craft beer that have joined us this year at our meetings, bottle shares, member collaborations, or maybe even our fundraising events. We truely appreciate your support of the craft beer scene here in Southern California. As what we think may be the largest Latino Homebrew Club the USA, we hope to continue meeting passionate homebrewers and fans of craft brew. What started with a few friends at a backyard in the San Gabriel Valley discussing brewing tips, has grown to several crews and individuals from different parts of Los Angeles, the OC, and even a guests joining us from Northern California. Over the course of a couple years we have had the pleasure to have our members pour their beers for events benefiting non-profit organizations serving their local communities.
Next year as we continue to grow and share more knowledge of Homebrewing to the Latino community and beyond. We plan on expanding the venues that host us and so more curious minded novice brewerers or even non-brewers can join and share ideas.

Club Brew Days on 26 Gallon & 1 bbl systems
Most of the beer made is used for tasting events/fundraisers
Opportunity to pour at either of our (2) Fundraiser Events per year
Members have early access to purchase extra passes for fundraising events
Funds raised donated to hosting non-profit(s)
Members will receive (2) passes for each 5 gallons donated
Members not pouring will receive (1) pass for each event

Your membership will help with minimal expenses for upkeep of our website, costs for ingredients on Club Brew Days, set-up fees for apparel/glassware, and fees associated with producing tasting events & fundraisers.
